Super keen for a massive downwinder this coming Saturday!

We hit up 50km (total distance) downwinder pretty often in WA.

I'm no local, just here for a quick visit. Keen to make the most of this great place.

Pm me if you are interested.

No idea. Finish at Noosa?

Start at Marooch?

Distance should be fun.. But probably better starting at caloundra/kawana and finishing just before noosa headland as its pretty big with a few points and wind will be buffering a lot around their depending on the wind direction.

Friday might prove to be better than Sat but lets see how the forecast unfolds, if it is a northerly as predicted it would be best to leave from around Castaways beach (just south of Noosa) & maybe finish at Mudjimba (26km) or head on to Cotton Tree (32km) & kite there in the flat/waves until you have had enough (depending on tide).

Or, If you want to make a total pig of yourself.... just keep going & finish at Currimundi, approx 43km.

Just hope the forecast holds, some swell would be good too.

Today is looking promising, I'm planning on leaving Castaways between 12.30 & 2pm & get the bus back from Mudjimba.
Then depending on how we go, do a longer run tomoz but we will have to arrange cars ect.

See you there
