yeah i was hoping for some wind.
looks dismal and wrong direction for my liking.
maybe just to get out the house and drag my kite on the beach like the good old days of learning.
seems i have to relearn anyway based on the time between sessions
yeah i can body drag and want to give te waterstarts a try, ive got a dodgy skimboard and i used that along the shore, but then it was really hard to stay on the skim with no footstraps, r u going down to largs today or do you reckon the forecasts of light wind will be spot on, I was hoping it would be at least 3-5 knots off and anyway its usualy windier at the beach than in the city
Guys if you give this website a crack www.bom.gov.au/sa/observations/adelaide.shtml
this is pretty accurate at outer harbour (black pole) for largs bay
are you trying to LEARN without a kiteboard? a board with no straps?
there is such a thing as beginners boards for kitesurfers, they are usually bigger
and wider than normal boards. kitesurfing without straps is fairly advanced stuff
and I dont reckon its a good way or learning the sports mate..
I recommend lessons, and I am not even trying to sell you lessons! :-)
Eric
No IM not trying to learn without a kite board you idiot I have A skim board also so I use both in "the sports"![]()
