Hey Guys,

Looks like there is going to be a bit of wind around this Sunday, and unlike last Sunday, we're not going to sit around and wait for the wind to come to us, we're going to go to it!!!

So we have a few options in mind-

Normanville

Pt Hughs Main Beach

Chinamans

What we're going to do is wait until Saturday night, around 7pm, to make a call and if anything develops between now and then it will be posted on here.

I'll post on here where we will be headed by Sat 7pm and let everyone know a good meeting point so we can all head up off in a bit of a convoy.

There are a couple of cars going and we have a few spots left if anyone wants to jump in or you can organise your own group and transport and just follows us where ever we decide to go!

Send me a PM or give me a call if you want any more details, or if you are keen post your details below!

Keep an eye on this post for more news and hopefully Sunday will be a cracker!!

Cheers, Jordy.

So after seeing that today was supposed to be blowing its tits off, and it turned out that it didn't, we've decided that because it's Sunday we're going to leave it a little bit later in the morning to see what we are going to do.

Chances are we'll give the road trip a miss and just hit the wall early-mid morning depending on what the irresponsible weather man (I'm looking at you Brenton Ragless) tells us what is happening. Chances are we won't be listening to him anyway and just make our own call on it instead.!!!

Chances are we'll see you down the wall in the morning!!!

sail the mid would be the go for you guys (low tide at lunchtime)..little bit of swell there plus wind is sideshore, then hit snapper point when the tide fills for the most epic flatwater session youve ever had!thats my advice...good luck!

My avatar is a picture taken at the well

Correct, "THE" Chinamans is a surf spot in Innes Nat Park, works well in big SW swell i think. But, "Chinamans Well" is a row of shacks on a dirt road just north of Port Victoria near Wardang island. Great place for a flat water sail in N - SW winds. Should start Calling it "THE WELL" to avoid confusion.

So did you's get a sail in?

cheers mate, i think it might be a while before anyone is kiting at "chi's"... and i will be sure to check "the well" next time i am in the area.
had a fun session at nourlunga river mouth, few fun peaks and some decent wind.
On that note- tomorrow looks good for a wall session
