Thompson Beach I think is the closest.
But this is likely to turn S'ly later and most local beaches will be OK.
I was at North Haven this morning, it was south, but I can't think why it wouldn't work in a SSE.
If you are prepared to ride-out the gusts, work the kite during the lulls and go downwind, SSE can be fine on the metro coast.
