This forum is just what I needed

This morning I just had it confirmed that I don't need to work, so can come down to the event for the first time ever.

If anyone knows of any accomidation please let me know. Even a backyard or something will do, im not fussy, just want to get down and see what its all about.

call me on 0439 848820 if you want

might sleep in the dunes if i have to, is there much of a crew sleeping in cars?

I got a powered site at the van park but they have sold out they would probably have unpowered sites though which still give you access to the amenities. could be worth a call.

There are usually a few crew who stay out around the 3rd ramp area.

sweet, I just got a hold of a mate and we can sleep in his van. i can see myself doing too much sleeping anyway

too much sleeping = too little drinking

Is there a big car park next to 3rd ramp? I can't remember

3 rd is about 7km out of town. At the end a dirt road, there is car park that could hold about 30 cars.. But we put up 2 massive tents thanks to Redball.

I would be most stoked if poeple where camping out at the comp site ( 3rd Ramp), just to keep a eye on the tents and stuff.

Hope you are all getting stoked for the event.

Total numbers signed up is around 50-60 people, last week. so get into onboard and sign up, if you cant get in, give the shop a call and they will be happy to fill the form out for you..

Its so worth the $50, sick hoodies and heaps of stuff in your Coopers show bag..

15days to go..

Heading up on Thursday morning with Crocker. Have a van so anything that needs to go up let me know - helping Stew out with a few boxes but still have space.

Options are opening up!

On the proper front the Robe Visitor info centre is the best form of accomodation info. They can be contacted on 08 87682465. If theres a bed left in the town, they'll know about it!

If the caravan parks are full, theres plenty of vacant land around that can handle tents, but they dont have any ammenities. I own a few that crew can camp on, no sweet! Just depends on how well you can manage! Showers for the ladies can probably be organised through the caravan parks, Im pretty sure that lakeside park sell showers for a few $$ to anyone-they've also got washing machines etc... So, dont be concerned-

If all else fails my house is always open if I can help in anyway! Unfortunatly its not a party house, but the kids will keep you up all night!

If I can help anyone in anyway, gimme a call and I'll see what I can do
