Hi All

Do you think installing the sync backless bindings on the Laluz 2011 would affect it's flexibility ? As i still have them from my previous board and La Luz's haven't arrive yet.

thank you

they're footstraps not bindings and there is no rigid connection or plate between the mounting points so there will be no effect on stiffness. put em on and ride.

Im no expert but I don't think it'll affect the flex on your laluz as the flex is mostly at The tips. I've been thinking of doing the same, but you need xenon screws for your straps as other board screws I have tried dont fit.

We put Syncs on our shop demo because we did not get straps/pads with our boards yet. They do not affect stiffness or flex of the board and are very comfy this year.
We mounted them using the screws that come with the Syncs, no problem.
Zenon boards have 6mm inserts just like all other kiteboards, and the screws that come with the Syncs do fit.

I don't have syncs Steve. I tried my screws I got with an 07 imperial and they don't fit
