anybody ridden these two kites back to back,demod the 10mt rally yesterday in10-15kns was able to maintain ground ,was impressed with turning speed and lack of back stall when unhooked,obviosly lacks stability with its self landing abilitys but ther is always a compromise,seems to be agood light wind wave kite, how mutch more powerfull is the 12mt,coming off rpm s the bar preasure is lighter, whats the bandit 4 like??? anybody
I've flown all of the Rally's and the 9m Bandit 4. Bandit 4 has more bar pressure and will turn a little slower than the Rally. The Rally is a great wave kite. I think the B4 is more of an all rounder. It is a lot more forgiving when boosting etc as the kite requires more input before it will move. I found the Rally a little unpredictable when boosting as it just rips you off the water so fast and unless you get the timing right it can make for some interesting landings. I think if you are into wave riding only go for the Rally. If you want to mix it up and do a bit of everything get the B4.
