Just looking for a recommendation on a good small female waist harness. I have tried a few on and don’t like the simple “hard” ones. Being in the NT its hard to find a huge selection to play with so I appreciate any opinions.

Hey K2. I use a maui magic waist harness and I love it. Its really supportive and keeps my posture really well. Doesn't ride up either. They've got all sizes at Choice Kitesurfing in Perth in stock at the moment. 
go for a Maui Magic Luna or Hana... Maui Magic is a sub division of Mystic so you know you'll be getting a quality harness that's comfy and supportive. Our female instructor swears by the Luna after trying every chicks harness she could get her hands on...
I'm even considering getting one for next season because it's so soft and comfy...
