Core fusion 2 v best admiral v liquid force element.
Im looking for a good free ride carbon twin tip.
I ride choppy beach breaks.boost big airs and ride some waves.
Any info would be appreciated
You could add a few others to this category, crazy fly, xenon, north, there's some good non carbon boards which will perform well in these conditions, our local consists of chop onshore waves( dumpers) some flat spots close in and between sets in a decent swell, much like a scatepark,a lightweight board with plenty of rocker and flex , add some aggressive outline, I find for me it works better than a stiffer flat board, my day to day board is the shinn monk, but I recently got a run on the bronq by shinn, does everything the monk does but with a lot more revs, definitely the nicest board I've ridden in powered conditions, it's a real featherweight which allows you to slash around and be more aggressive,certainly add one to your demo list
I know some of those boards are not covered if you ride them with bindings.
If you are riding in surf breaks and doing big boosts you have to ask yourself why you are going carbon besides the fact it sounds good on paper and looks pretty.

I was asked about bindings on shinn boards, so I emailed shinn, mark said that they'd never had a warranty claim through bindings , they use snowboard manufacturing techniques in the boards construction, I've had my original shinn since 2010/11, for a board with so much flex I thought it would of lasted a season, our conditions here are mainly full on with strong winds and heavy water conditions, always thought it'd be a good idea to use a low modules silicone on bindings, it'd relieve the pressure off the inserts drastically, also easy to clean off with a quality glass scraper if you want to change bindings
I have just got a core fusion 2 and find it a really good board for exactly what you described, I was on a shinn monk before the fusion 2 and loved it for its fast and fun characteristics. i have only ridden the fusion for 3 sessions but found myself immediately in sync with it, the fusion just feels sort of sharp and positive it is very smooth in the choppy surf conditions I ride. The ride the feeling the build of the board are quality I ordered the fusion2 with out a demo or even seeing one in the flesh and I'm more than happy. One of my good mates rode it with my 10m gts3 on Friday in 18-24knots and said to its his dream setup. It's definatley a premium board and I can't wait to swap rides with my other mate that just got a shinn Bronq and he describes the ride similar to the fusion2 So I guess there's two good boards for you to demo
Add the Bronq to the list - great board for everything you want to do, supersmooth through chop and big pop, great toeside. I ride the 135 and like it a lot, I would def test it if you mostly ride well powered conditions (it likes to be ridden powered up/is quite power hungry).

Why do you hate carbon?
For what you're looking for I'd focus on the Fusion out of those options as it's quite a good freeride/boosting/carving board. The Element Carbon is sick, but it's more suited to load and pop. I'd add the Shinn Bronq in for consideration as the board is absolutely sick for carving turns. It's very light and has one of the best finishes I've seen. Admiral is quite nice as well!
I've only tried a Shinn Bronq.
It is sublime.
I'm now a proud owner after a demo. So smooth, carves are smooth. When it's windy enough for my fat ass (95kg) my 7m Wave and Bronq are a match made in heaven.
Carbon is fantastic. It makes a board lighter/stronger. What the hell not have one!.
Built right it will out ride ****tier glass boards.

Not only are they awesome looking boards carbon is used on the right angles. Its not just a token layer of cosmetic carbon.
PS never seen one in the flesh. But god damn it looks good.

Why wouldn't you want carbon? My carbon mutant does exactly what is described about. boosting wave riding. I smash it into boulders. Bash it on rocks, sledge into the sand.... Sweeet as bud, land incredibly hard at times. . Its strong as F%^K
My team series 2014 is carbon. Light as. The equivalent now is the Jamie pro. I'd add that to your list even the new one has a slightly softer feel but is rides tight as a nuns bum.

Stunning board, I've passed it around and only had glowing responses, it does everything with precision and speed, the harder you go the better it gets, it's ultra light giving a great feel underfoot

Feel free to grab it epps, compared to the ts it's much lighter, ultra thin, and a fair bit lighter, wicked in our conditions
Cheers. A board can be too light though for board off flips Etc. will have to suck and see. And yeh apart from that exquisiite flat water at the point (will be looping the **** out of that next time, how good is that wind acceleration around the headland) that beach stuff is pretty damn choppy up there. Donot kite much in that...
I bought a Bronq last November and its cursed me.
Managed 1 sesh since owning it.
Oh well.
On the under powered session I did have on it, I did notice the
Board rode much dryer than my Monk. Defo heaps more rocker. My ankles were dry for the walk of shame.
Cant wait for some good wind.
+1 for the Bronx, but The Ocean Rodeo LT is reportedly better according to those I know lucky enough to have rode both.
