like i said dude, maybe you should go back to school to go learn to read more carefully, but i never said its a bad kite or anything and i still said its a sick kite for freestyle i just wouldn't call it a c.

quotes:

"still sick freestyle kites none the less it all just depends on what you are used to."

"Then you got your torch, vegas, hifi, C4 which are all hybrids and are still sick kites just a bit different from a true C."

i never said u said it was bad...

While we're on C-kites. My old Reactors used to turn quicker when depowered than unhooked (or at least didn't lose turning speed). My interpretation of this was that the shoulders would stall before the rest of the canopy and the centre would luff/bubble before the shoulders when depowering. Wingtip battens may also have come into it. Were the old Lifts like that? Reactors were also not exactly grunty and flew to the edge of window too fast. What's the Razor like?

My Vapor does not like pulling out of the dive after landing a boost/loop or turning on wave with the bar out. I also have a Torch which is better in this respect but still not like the Reactor. So wondering if anyone else has suggestions for kites that turn slower unhooked then turn fastish with bar out that are also reasonably grunty (for unhooked tricks)?

Have I just described the Razor? Or am I dreamin?

the old generators had the same problem as the reactor where it flies forward way too quick and had no power so you always had to use a size to big etc.

the razor was changed and doesnt fly forward as quick anymore and they ditched the battons as well which i liked. kite has 3 turning speed settings, 9m on fast was pretty damn quick hooked in didnt really fly it long on that setting and i went straight to the slowest setting, it's slow enough that i don't feel the need to use a cut down bar on it anymore.

reactor and generators were more inclined towards waves i think and the razor is more towards freestyle.
