Anyone had a go on the V2 hantu 12m that can comment on performance and in particular how it stacks up to core GTS3. I have a 8&9m GTS3.
Want to add a bigger kite to my quiver.
Insight desired: I weigh 83 kg and advanced kiter 10years riding.
-Lowend and high with surfboard and twin.
-turning speed/drift in surf/kite loop speed and power. As well as overall feel at the bar.
Any feedback on experience with this kite would really help me decide if it's worth buying before I try. I have no way to demo here in USA in California.

Hi, I resell both brands and I fly both kites.

GTS3 has a better low in the bigger sizes end and steers a little faster. Hantu and GTS3 both drift to my need in the surf. Hantu and GTS3 (and other C shaped bridled kites) do megaloop up to 9m. At my homespot we have some megaloopers who fly the Hantu in 6m-8m, respect for these guys. Above 10m the kites are mainly used for freeride/freestyle/wakestyle. Bar pressure is more or less the same. Next july the GTS4 will be introduced. V2 Hantu is well built, as you are used to from your Core kites.

Thank you! That was really helpful.
Super that you could compare to core directly as these are my sure thing and do everything the way I like.
