So i finally got a chance to get out on my new Crazy Fly 08 LTD Edition. About time.
This board has mad pop. That is the first thing that i noticed. i noticed this because i only meant to do a little jump..... and did a double backroll... almost. Pretty aggressive looking board with a real wakeboard look to it. Squared tips with a bat wing and a almost 3 stage rocker means this little baby doesnt sink when you load up, it springs off like a rocket. I have a really wide stance and this board accomodates that quite nicely. Little to no spray in the face which is good, cause that really ticks me off.
Absorbs the landings quite well if done properly. If not, it tends to grab the front.
This board has been likened to SS Lunacy, i'd agree to a certain point. Both have stiff flex and progressive tips. Both are wide and about the same length. but i found the CF to be a lil more forgiving. And a lot more easier to land. i felt both had the same amount of pop, depending on riders ability. And i got a bit more spray from the Lunacy.
All in all, brilliant board.
Once again, thank you to Luke from Kiteaction for upsizing me from the proline to this board. I'm gonna have a lot of fun and this board is going to help my unhooked assault on 2008.

The 2008 CrazyFly Ltd RockyChatwell has to be One of the best Freestyle boards out this year.

If New Skool Freestyle is your thing and if you Need lotsa of Pop to throw down your tricks... you Gotta give one of these bad boys a ride.

Most shops stock CrazyFly so getting your hands on a demo should not be to hard.

Rip it up.

My board looks even better than that.
I have a massive Autobots sticker on the bottom.
So instead of pulling tailgrab.... I pull a transformer grab

Sometimes. Used to ride there alot as i lived at Whitfords. Now i live at freo so its a bit of a drive. But the wind gets blocked there sometimes south of the river so i head to the roo. Its getting a little crowded there now with all the lessons. I don't think i'll kite there anymore. Head to Mullaloo if i come up that way.
Do you work for the school? Or do you just like to crash there a lot? hahaha
