Who else has Ridden one of these, Ive found it to be a real improvment from last years looks still basically the same, just they seem to have have tidied it up a bit.
Relaunch still good, up wind is even better than last years ,great jumping and you can stay up there for ages, definatly good for light wind was out in 12 -15 onsore and having fun it isnt super fast turning but no truck either .light on the bar and doesnt creep down the window like last years ,havnt had it out in good wind yet, but sofar seems pretty good .Would love some one elses feed back on it!
Have fun

i have the older one...
Just wanted to know if you still need to give so much bar imput to get it to turn?
agree with the older one creeping down the window, would be nice if the new one doesnt do that!!

Turning seemed more than adequate on the 2011 they don't have that initial delay of the 2010.

I didn't notice a downturn tendency.

i have a 10m fuse 2011.

on a asurfboard it flies as fast and as clean as most 12m kites.

nothing close to it in the surf either.

def recommend it for surf style kiter.

send me a PM if you want some detailed advice. ive had a chance to ride alot of 2011 wave and freeride kites and im happy to give an un-bias opinion.

The 2011 dosnt creep down the window and takes less input to turn but not a huge amount less, biggest dif was that it stall less unhooked and turned a lot smoother
Have fun

Just started riding 14m Fuse 2011......it took me long time to convince myself to buy such huge kite for my mere 82 kg of weight, but because the wind in Melbourne is getting less and less reliable finally I made the move to cover those 10-14 knots days .....I wish I did it earlier, I do love this kite so much that I take her even on 20 knots days !!!
My biggest kite so far was fast 10.5m but I didnt have the smallest problem to adjust immediately to this huge kite ,in spite of her size she is incredibly gentle and well behaved kite, at the same time you feel her power, she responds well if you have to depower in wind 20 knots plus.
Jumping is totally new experience she just takes you gently up and up and up and then holds you there and then let you land smoothly.....bad landing is simply impossible....mind you that because Im still learning my jumps are still low....perhaps 7/8m only...it would be nice to hear from guys doing proper 12/15m jumps.
The kite is so incredible that Im thinking now if I shouldnt replace all my kites with fuses
