Hi All,
Anyone had experience of the Slingshot Sci-Fly in new XT construction please?
I've sailed Slingshot boards for years going back to wooden Tryant, Cerlero and Mixer but recently enjoyed the lightness of the Sci-Fly - especially for strapped jumping (OK old school). Sadly XR construction does always survive the odd mistake.
So my attention was caught by Slighshot's marketing about the XT: 'Durability and Precision for Aggressive Riding' & 'This construction is built even stronger to handle big air with hard landings and the possibility of getting thrown on shore in waves.'
Has anyone tried XT SciFly? How much heavier is it than XR?
Cheers
I would suggest you go to youtube looks for Slingshots channel and go back into the older stuff. I remember when Ben Wilson announced it but I can't tell you the specific details..
