Hi guys can't believe no ones written a revive on this board yet .Would have to say for my style i love it, and i didn't think they could improve on last years ,but they have the board eats chop or waves even better and it feels more lively under you [faster with more pop ],would love to hear your thoughts on it
Have fun George
HMMM George I used to ride Nobile boards and they are "great". my review is as specific as yours. I know there used to be 2 sizes of the 50/50...?
Bindings or boots? 35mm or 55mm?
If you have demoed the board please post a review..and piccys of straps, board.
Dude not having a go, this is not a review it is a pimpy post.
Sorry you are right it did sound a bit pimpy, I didn't want to give too much of a review because I do sell them. I was trying to get feedback from other riders.
To answer a few of your questions: size there are 3, 134x39, 138x39.5 and 140x40 and there's a wake version of each which is wider (haven't used the wake version yet)
I ride the 138 with straps and I use both sizes of fins small [35ml] for flat water or nice days, larger [55] for big days in the surf.
The pads and straps are pretty much the same as last years most guys find them pretty comfortable unless you've got small feet size 7 or smaller. Seems the designer must have big feet they seem to get a bigger strap every year.
Here is a picture of the board, will grab a few pics of the straps etc today & load tonight.
I for one am happy to see reviews from retailers provided they are detailed and realistic. I think various retailers (Darren at AKS being the outstanding example) have have shown that retailers can review in a way that is informative rather than pimpy.
The question is no longer "how good is this gear" (if it's sh!te why would you stock it) but "to what sort of riders and conditions is this gear most suited."
Anybody can compare 2013 to 2012 board?
2013 are narrower. Does it make any significant difference in freestyle/freeride/waves/lowend?
