Hi guys had the fish in store last week [ it looked awsome as did the gun ]
didnt get to ride it no wind, but i will be getting one in for mee = demo.
The timber veneer is real and distributes the impact from heels accross the board reducing heel impact. Quad fin on the custom fish and truster on the gun. Quad seems to be making an impact accross the board this year. Supposedly due to giving better direction while edging, will let you know once ridden. The boards is slightly heavier than your usual epoxy due to the timber, this is a bonus as it is expected to produce more of an polyester feel in the water with the durability of epoxy. Comes with a huge range of deck grip and strap options as standard so easily customised with 1 strap, 2, no straps whatever and interchanged whenever to suit conditions.
The 5' 2" will be my pick mainly so it will fit in the back of my ute, but also want to see how it rides. The board is wider than the average, so is supposed to be ridden shorter, so will let you know how that goes.
Admit really tempted to try the gun cause it looks really classey and still may go there at 5' 9" it is really ideal for my height.
Yer that 5 2" Naish Fish looks sick! im hanging to have a go of it![]()
Word on the street is that Paul Jackson loves thing and was busting some funky moves of the lip with it as well as some nice fast drawn out turns.. Go Pauly!
Ooow you wouldnt belive it my demo Naish 5 2" just rocked up!
Thanks lads you rock! Im going to take it up to lizard Island with me next week.we will be seaching for some reef breaks out there on the outer reef, so I will post a reveiw on it when im back.
Even if the waves are small or non excsitant this little pocket rocket should be hoot to ride!
Bring it on!
Luke
