I am considering the Mystic Shadow harness, I am currently using FO flight control and it is super comfortable but I find the spreader bar creeps up, I know if I got rid of my five bellies it would not be such a problem but I have heard that the strap under the bar on the mystic does a good job keeping it down.
My only concern is the comfort it looks a bit hard on the inside of the harness no soft neoprene layer...........and a bit low on the sides……
The strap does work well but it has to be tight. I use the warrior harness and it's not to bad took a season to wear in a become comfortable. It's like a old pair of shoes now that i don't want to get rid of.
