Bought a liquid force harness, tried all the current ones in the shop, way too much bling factor, but it did fit the best! Very comfy.
Used it four times before realising the stitching holding in one of the quick release pulls on the handle on the back of the harness was gone.
Returned it to shop and haven't seen it for more than 4 wks.
Very disappointed, if you back your gear, and it is the most expensive on the market, replace it straight away and provide some sort of back up service not the distinct lack of service i'm getting!
Sorry to hear that dude...
Try contacting the shop again, and if that fails contact LF directly in Australia (or your local LF dealer instead) and ensure it has been followed up.
It will be the shop being slack unfortunately, not Liquid Force who have let you down with the replacement...

Hope it's resolved very soon for you.
"too much bling factor"
how can you have to much bling factor on that harness
unfortunately you do find poor service in kiting now... you just need to find a local and stick with it.
only had 1 bad experience...
in wa the shops well know for customer service are also the big players. obvious conclusion is that good service has given them a big customer base over the years
yeah have done the shop thing 4 times, i think you're right time to contact LF.
Unfortunately my usual shop doesn't stock them and it was for me the most comfortable i tried.
But seriously when i put it on i just felt like i needed to put a cap in your ass, more gold, fly girls and a 5 0 pimpin ride
Firstly they are not that "bling" compared to the 2006 harnesses but still pretty nice to look at.
Also the rider at the shop was nice enough to lend you his harness whilst your one was being repaired by the guys at ML. I think that was a nice touch of the rider.
Received the call today my harness is ready!!
Very happy!
You're right prokiter, it was gd of the rider (your kind self??) to provide a harness while my brand new one was being fixed.
But you gotta admit for a non pro kiter shelling out $250 on a new harness using it 4 times, having it fail and not seeing it for 4 wks is v frustrating.
But i'm happy now tomorrow arvo i'll be snug in my new harness flying through the air at Goolwa - wind permitting
Liquid Force is very good at warranty replacement, none of our customers have had to wait. Either replaced or repair.
