I'm looking for light wind board and noticed this light wind video on web. Looks impressive for such low wind.
I've got a 2014 Z-series... construction is top notch on the Aboards.
At that size, I'm sure it'll be like my Flydoor - upwind is awesome.
Check the weight though... I think my Z-series 140x42.5 is a bit on the heavy side - 4.1kg all equipped. I need to weigh the Flydoor... I think it's lighter ![]()
Are you open to alternatives? Don't want give an option if you are set on the a boards ? Let us know as I'm using a ripper at the moment and super light.
i used a oxygen 134 x47 from epic kites amazing upwind and light wind machine. there are so many light wind boards demo before buying
hey eppo,im open to suggestions on any decent light wind tt that can handle a bit of chop and my 85 to 90 kg mass
Forgive me for being cynical / suspicious.
5 days ago noobie posts ad for Aboards in kitesurfing general with a misleading thread title.
Gets a negative reaction.

5 days later noobie posts ad for Aboards in the Reviews section. Video and image link all nicely formatted up.
Again asks a question rather than plugs the product directly, trying the oblique 'get the conversation going' approach.
This reeks of an internet marketing campaign to me... ![]()

On advert of this Glider board there of course is bunch of only good words:
Has someone tried this light wind kiteboard and can tell is it really so good?
Also if you read that language carefully it sounds like English is a 2nd language to me.
Read it out loud to yourself! (my mind adds the accent automagically)
Definitely not "Roger from WA", sounds european which co-incidentally the boards are.
