Have been riding a core gt for a while now and am loving the kite. The only problem i have with it is that the kite lines the pullys run over seem to wear fast. Can anyone give me an online store where i can order some....? cheers
hey tails ive just swaped cabs for cores 3 weeks ago and have noticed the same wear on my pig tails got the kites from kitepower the kites are great a bit worried going to ring rhys tommorow back to your question ring rhys at kitepower they stock core should be able to help you
I've had this happen with other kites. Make sure you check the pulleys aren't seized from salt before each session. If you spend 1-2 mins during set up this will save bigger probs like you are having now. I also spray Slingshot Dry-Lube on all my pulleys, lines etc regularly.
Hey, Just go to any marine store, maybe even hardware store and grab yourself a piece of rope (Amsteel if you like the thicker stuff), tie figure 8's at each end and attach them via the provided larks heads. Core have specifically made these wear points easily replaceable. Total cost to replace all the pulley lines will be about $3!
