Crazy Fly MooWii for a beginner? Is that recommend

Hi guys,

I have someone that would like to start kitesurfing and I was wondering if Crazy Fly MooWii 13 meters would be a good choice for them.....I think I heard some of the schools are teaching on them, is that true?
