I have 2.
The first one purchased close to the time they were first promoted so quite a few years ago and I have just replaced the battery.
Why do I have 2? Well the first one was a real problem partly because I was a nice guy letting others use it so had broken gears, big end shafts etc all within the warranty period.
Getting warranty help was a problem however due to the excellent service back up from Kite power all ended up good but took months. As I could not do with pour one I bought another from Kite power.
I have still had some problems with the first pump but I have spare parts and now very experienced at fixing them. All the problems I have had were with the positive pressure pump.
Should you buy one I recommend the following:
1. Definitely light use for a few months to allow a run in period, I think the positive pump needs this.
2. Ongoing only for your use and do not allow the pump to do too much work, say 2 10m kites then a long rest to allow it to cool.
3. Keep the battery well charged
4. Keep the pump clean, including the filter
I am not sure how good the latest versions are but one would expect an improvement over the problems I have had.
I would not be without one for my kites and rubber ducky.
... yes.....newest version is the best version too for various little reasons such as the hose attachement or where the main power switch is located now.
So far we abuse it by pumping up two 17m Dyno's, a Zephyr and 14m Vegas, all one after the other with roughly a couple minutes in between and it seems to be still good for more but then again its only a couple months old so battery still good.
Biggest hassles are its not light to carry around and a pain in the neck if you forget to charge it but a hand pump stashed away in the car as backup and your all good.
Nice and convienient, you'll love it!!

... edit: doh!!!! I meant to say the Island pump and not Bravo pump.
Daniel from kite addiction (south) and Darren/Todd from Action Sports (north) sells the island pump here in WA.
Got one, get one, they are good.
