Rider: 95kg, beginning

Hey,

Anybody got any comments on this as a beginner board?

I've seen a for sale in the buy/sell with a package including an 08 switchblade + this board for $1550ish. A decent deal?

Cheers,

George

Hi Spungles,

I've never heard of a Blackboard so you're resale on that board is going to be really weak I'd suggest around $450 depending upon age, size and condition. Depending upon the wear and tear and size of the kite, I would say that it is worth somewhere between $800 and $950 max.

So, No I don't think that is especially cheap. There are better deals lurking around.

Good winds,

I've just noticed - I left the harness off the equation, but I have one already so I'd need to see how much without that.

Hi,spungles. Please look at my web-sight to see the Blackboard info. The board is new, & it is a good board with a 3 month warranty, they are a local made board so it is AUS Made & you will see the brand grow for 2010. RRP for the board is $800. We get them made for our shop so people can get a good board for a good price. When you buy the kite pack you can choose from the sizes we have in stock.
We sell the used kites & used school harnesses at a small markup so we don't get stuck with lots of old stock & some one will get a good deal, if they don't want or can't afford new. One free safety & setup lesson, with all gear sold. So we don't get band from the beaches.
