My Comments:
this kite is f*ken amazing. its just a pure no dramas no bullsh!t C kite... WITH DEPOWER!
I was riding Liquid Force Hifi comps which are a hybrid kite so has C kite characteristics with more depower and range. I found that the razor out performed it in all fields.

The razor has really good turning speed adjustment so i can slow it right down for wakestyle or speed it up to do kiteloops etc. the bar is pretty clean and easy to use, only thing i don't like are the massive toggles on the depower straps. I found that the kite was easy to set and forget during unhooked tricks, even doing big glides of kickers the kite stayed parked perfectly after popping off the water ( EVERY other bow kite ive tried moved everywhere and most hybrids still drift around a fair bit).

During tricks the kite gives heaps of forward speed into tricks so you can go in fast and pop to get lots and lots of slack for passes.

It boosts massive and has surprising hang time for a C kite also.

then the best part is when screwing up tricks i was expecting a bit of a hiding like you used to get on the 06 C kites... but it never came! I was so stoked to see the depower was the equivalent to that of the hifi comps and the useable wind range (unhooked) is on par if not slightly larger. It drifts pretty well when riding downwind right at it, was gunning downwind on a down winder as the breeze was dropping off last night and never had it feel like it wanted to luff or stall.

Airush really made a good high performance kite and smoothed it out to make it a very user friendly and easy going kite so that intermediate riders getting into their boosting can really benefit also. It has exceptional safety with easy to use releases and 100% depower with the 5th line, its bar throw is generous so the kite depowers nicely when you let go of the bar.

Highly recommend giving it a go.

whats the relaunch technique like on the razor? Old school C style or can you relaunch it by just pulling on a steering line.

also how do you find the sizing, when i tested out a generator i had to use it one size bigger than i normally would.

i cant compare to the hadlow as of yet, im still waiting for West oz kiteboarding to get one and am frothing to try it out! just from what i read on the hadlow though I think the generator might have a bit less low end but a lot more user friendliness. once again i will confirm when I get to test both.

It has heaps more grunt than the generator, the sizing is good I am on a 9m in the same conditions that i'd use a 9m hifi or C4 in as well. I find the physical unhooking range I can make work with the kite is substantially bigger than it was on the hifi as even right up at ~25knts it was still very well behaved, stable and didn't feel like my arms were going to get ripped out when unhooking.

Relaunching it i have gotten it to work by just cranking one of the back lines but i find it's a million times quicker just grabbing a tiny bit of the 5th line to help it roll, i do this with boots on and just simply pull a bit of 5th and a bit of back line and it pops up with ease. have also reverse launched it pretty easily
