Rider: 85-90kg Weight, (intermediate>advanced)
Style: Wake, Freestyle
Weather: perth conditions 15-25kn

My Comments: hey guys and girls just wondering if anyone out there has heard/tested any new kites suited for me.

im lookin for a 9m pretty much purely for unhooked freestyle riding, ive had a best waroo 11m (too big for unhookin with massive tail depower) and a airrush flow.

give us ya thoughts on some new kites on the market if ya got time it would be muchly appreciated.

cheers

They are all looking so good. I have tried the best kahoona was a super easy kite to unhook on didnt have to depower to much. I was suprised at how much lift the kite generated for a bigger guy like me and the fairly light bar it just smoothly riped me off the water every time kite stayed stable in the air and was always just where i left it. This is not a high performace kite though and shouldnt be compared to kites like the bandit dos or switchblade rpm etc. I just thought it was one of the easyest kites i have ridden that would really suit an intermediate ridder learning to unhook and throw there first backrolls railys sbends etc.

Cant comment on the other new gear yet but some of it is looking good the LF envy in particular could suit you well being a delta kite. or the new octane from ss looks like a nice stable kite like the rev was. There are still more new kites to come out There will be so many choices to make and so little time before the wind is back hope less than 8 weeks

My pic this year again would be the Best Nemesis NXG or the Cabrinha Switchblade. Two very solid kites for freestyle and wakestyle. Both kites due out around September.
