My Comments:
Got my spanker out at gusty greenhead yesterday
a bit of westerly in the wind and gusty
some ok swells
pumped up looked very much like a rebel but small bridle
bar exactly like my mates rpm of severl years ago
nice to see split struts back, nice lemon color
on the water first impressions - wow!
been kiting 15+ years and been a fuel then rebel rider
this was super smooth very light on the bar and very well behaved
good up wind, nice turning speed, ate the gusts up
floated well when under sailed
user error led to a crash, super fast relaunch, heaps better than rebel
only one issue - coz a bit westerly a run under it crashed, rolled and inverted - flew inside out, but not very well, got that sorted and off we went again
otherwise best kite i have flown
dont jump or anything else these dyas but super surf kite
out again on sat
gusty strong ssw just prior to thunderstorm rolling in
contacios and some juicy swells
no drama, gobbled up the gusts
can't fault it
depower cleat under the bar not the best design imho
