I'm looking at the Slingshot Misfit 2011 136 thinking it might just be the perfect blend of the two boards I currently stable:
Cabrinha Custom 136: Great pop. Great in chop. Great for blasting around mushy surf (due to rocker). Just not so great upwind (due to rocker).
Underground FLX 135: Razor sharp upwind, great on the flats, respectable pop. Just not so great in the chop/mushy surf.
Slingshot Misfit 2011 136: Best of both worlds? Anyone got any hands on experience? Reviews please.
Stick with the Cabrinha Custom, It'll crank upwind in the right hands and is a great all round board.
There is no do it all board, unless of course you by a Jamie Pro
And, the Jamie Pro is fast, very fast.....
Having spruiked all that **** I ride a Crazy Fly Pro Tour Edition and I reckon it just might just be the best new school board made up to this point in time.
