Today we had the REVOLT 2 out for a blast.

Rider Info
# =Male 85kg , 35 years loves to cruse.
$ =Male 68kg 19 years, Angry little handle passer.

Kite info
F one Revolt 2

SIMPLICITY:
The F-ONE REVOLT 2 is a simple 4-line kite featuring innovative Delta C-Shape technology, combined with the EVO full depower system for no-compromise safety and control

# I like 4 lines, they just make rigging up simple. Pump and play, just the way I like it
$ I like a few more settings, I cant help but play with my bridel. But this one is nice and compact.

The F-ONE REVOLT 2 is a simple 4-line kite featuring innovative Delta C-Shape technology, combined with the EVO full depower system for no-compromise safety and control

# Normally I ride BOW, this is my first ride on a DELTA…. I love it. Power but not frightening.
$ I like the C’s my self. I have used Delta shapes before, and you cant go past the fact they turn hard. I am selling my fuel and getting a DELTA, probably a bandit, but this revolt is “sick”

ACCESSIBILITY :
Delta C Shape technology combined with EVO depower offers incredible stability in all wind conditions and ensures that the rider remains in total control of the kite at all times.

# It was gusty on the day of our test. But the kite behaved its self. Adjusting the power was not difficult, and and the self lading thing worked well.

$ Yea, the kite dose the business when its windy, normally a 11m it a bit much for me in 20kts, but I was surprised at it’s de-power

RELAUNCHING :
Delta C-Shape technology provides Auto Relaunch. Once the REVOLT 2 is sitting with the leading edge flat on the water, the Delta C-Shape design allows the kite to automatically turn over onto one wing tip and slide towards the edge of the wind window, where it will sit without any power, awaiting rider input.

# Normally with my BOW, you have to grab the floats or a big handful of line to get the kite moving toward the window edge for launch. With the Revolt, just turn the handle and up she comes.
$ Immediately I grabbed the floats…… HOT LAUNCH….. no need for that. Just mild bar pressure and turn the bar… POW… easy to launch love it.

ps..

# Thanks A1 for the call up to test the kite. Only negative, I found the big floaty safety leash a bit much.

$ Thanks for letting me test the kite. You rock Ben. Only negative… you didn’t give me one for free!

Nice review or just spew from there website. where is the how it handled etc turning speed compared to some other kites etc. Write a real review for once.

For Example: 6 months ago i had a ride on a 2009 revolt 2, This is the budget kite from fone the little brother of the bandit dos. Everything on this kite has been made a little cheaper the bar, lines, kite and bag are all second rate making it cheaper for learners etc. The kite is a little lower aspect ratio compared to the dos so turns a little slower it still provides bucket loads of power when flown across the window. there is no centre line swivel on the midle lines which was odd as when this use to seiz up on my dos it would cause the safety to not work. After flying it for a whyle you realise it is no dos but would suit learners to surf guys who want a grunty predictable kite at a cheaper price. but for what you get and the differance in price compared to the bandit i dont know if they will be worth it.

The new revolt if they have one will not be released untill the end of summer like last year so dont wait for the new model if this is the kite for you grab it now.

The new B3 is sick

web spam by the look of it on the other hand i do love my gf's 7m revolt. in anything above 20 kn. great for unhooking. turns slower with a bit more input needed(i think anyway as it is hard to judge 10m v 7m) as compared to 10m dos. the bag bar etc is cheaper by a long shot but the canopy itself seems top notch. has been looped repeatedly onto the beach on kitesurfari. thanks dave . and still seems to be going strong.

Is this the way that seabreeze is going?

Its really not fair to give A1 a hard time i thought this review was far better than most he makes on here, the imaginary friend/split personality was a good twist.lol..

If i was going to invent a kitting friend she would be so hot like Bella Donna.

Did i say one pump
