can any one tell me if the LF sessions 2009 9m is any good ?
I could not find any reviews on the net.
I currently ride a best nemi 12m 09 (WHAT A KITE apart from the bladder randomly popping on me twice for no reason and also a strut) I THINK IT USED TO BE A FAILED SUICIDE BOMBER IN A PREVIOUS EXSISTANCE .
Any feedback would be very helpful as I am waiting for a new bladder and now have no kite!
The Session is used by a number of our team riders. Top built, very stable and easy as to relaunch, gives you 100% depower. The 09 has a higher aspect ratio than the 08, turns much faster and more responsive with lighter bar pressure.

Try the new HiFi Comp![]()
I used to ride a 10m Nemi, but have since moved to a 12m LF HIFI Comp.
They are super fast in turning (with different front and rear line attachment points to vary turning speed and bar pressure).
Heaps more stable in the air than my 08 nemi.
The Leading edge is nice and thin like a nemi too, soo they power upwind awesomely.![]()
They have a lower aspect ratio and better low end wind range than the 08 hifi's.
Water and self launches are quick aswell. Stoked on that.
Also, they are a 5th line SLE kite, so no pulleys to clog with sand like i found on my nemi. Plus, self landing is nice and gentle; just pull the 5th line and it floats down to the water softly, so ya can wind ya lines up easy as.![]()
The 09 LF Session sounds really good compared to the 08 session ive flown.
Definitely give em a try along with the HiFi Comp.![]()
"Chris Grant" - Im actually about to sell my Liquid Force 09 Session - 9M (Blue). I got it about three months ago, brand new, from an American Dealer in Costa Rica (awesome Kiting there in Bahia Salinas). Its a wicked kite and the only reason I'm selling it is because I bought it in Costa where there was 30-40 Mile hour winds every day and here in Sydney I'm just too heavy for the kite in the lighter winds (96kg). I have only used it ten times over seas and once in Sydney.
Its perfectly new, brand new bar (never used bar, used my other one form the 12m Session). Drop me an email if you are interested on bradkerslake@gmail.com
The kite is built heaps stronger than the 08, more stitching, more Dacron - just an awesome kite.
If I was closer to Botany Bay (35knots today) in Sydney then I would keep it its just way too far for me to go every arvo, my local only gets to about 15knots daily
Cheers mate
