Spent the day using the 2009 recoil comp 134 (fitted with LF lace straps). Conditions were very, very choppy and it was blowing between 20-25knots, I was using a 12m kite and was very powered. This board is awesome! it cuts upwind and handles the chop very well. It is a very light board so it is really maneuverable and when boosting it doesn't weigh you down at all, landings are really nice and soft as well. Also, today was my first time using the LF lace straps, I love these things! Really easy to get in and out of and adjust and are nice and comfy, and they actually stayed on my feet :D
Just like last years model I think the new recoil comp is definitely a board to look out for this summer!
You looked you were having so much fun yesterday ripping it in and out. Yes, the 09 Recoil Comp is my personal all time favourite to date too.

about half way down the page... the comps are the black ones and the normal recoils are the white ones
has anyone tried any of the other lf boards yet. Has the concept changed at all? and whats the new comp model coming out?
