Had a nice hour on Cab. Custom (shapely thingy with triple concave) thanks to Dan from WSP.

This is a nice board for ocean riding...I don't say waves, because I can't ride them...but learning. I ride a twinny in the ocean mostly. Not as much bottom end as FLX, but very nice in so many other ways.

1. Nice deck...soft pads, more like a sneaker...excellent! New FLX pads are same I believe.

2. Doesn't "stick" to the water on take-off and landing....this is an excellent feature that I want in a board.

3. Saves the knees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tacking balanced and smooth....you can dig in the 3rd concave. With enough power you can easily maneuver up and down the chop and waves....less pounding.

Love my FLX for the flat water though...........another board for the ocean, yicks...so much good gear this year.
