Could anyone suggest some good spots for kitesurfing @ Old Bar? if there is any...

Hi martin, well I hope there is something as I will be visiting my mum there for a couple of weeks soon and plan to do a lot of windsurfing, google earth looks promising(as I have not been there)on the inside of the sand bar if enough water. If not there is Harrington just up the road and I have been there and it does look good.
Be nice if someone who actually does know would reply.
