Yes
Long beach on the Beacroft peninsula can work but it's very remote and access can be shut by the Navy at any time (it's a naval artillery range). Make sure you don't break your leg because it's a bumpy ride getting out.
There were a few posts about the spot last year.
Dr Surf did a limited map for kiting around Jervis Bay here and has the more popular spots :

Nice place, very gusty and choppy in a westerly, be careful not to get lofted into the trees when launching!![]()
Ensure you can keep ground, If in doubt go to northern side and set up there otherwise you will have to get up on board and dig in the rail.
Choose kite size appropriate to the gusts as one minute you may be underpowered but in a couple of minutes you will be praying you put up your 8m![]()
good winds.
Thanks guys,
I'll probably make a trip out there sometimes in August. For now I'll resume to Canton Beach. A lot less driving.
Mike have you made the trip to Canton much and what is it like? I might think bout doing a few trips up there this winter. What is the best wind direction?
YEah man, I've been to Canton a couple of times. I really like it. I basically go there for everything that's Westerly. It's pretty gusty, but I don't mind it.
Let us know, maybe we can car pool sometimes.
Cheers,
Mike
