There was a guy in the water tonight (11.01.2013), couldn't relaunch his kite for 1 hour. A green kite, probably Slingshot Rally or something. It was pretty far, couldn't see very well. He probably started from Brighton-le-sands President Avenue and got all the way to Dolls Point trying to relaunch his kite.
I am sorry I didn't come to ask if you are ok, but I was expecting the wind to die any second and I am not the best swimmer. I did keep an eye on you and apparently someone called the water police to try to help.

Yeah, I should have swam out and given him my Ozone kite, he'd be able to relaunch that..
