I work for Qld Police. We have had a kite, bar and lines, harness, board and pump handed in. I think it was all stolen from a car or a house recently or at least in the last 6 months. Not a "left on the beach" job.
The gear is all intact and ready to be collected.

Make sure you let your local coppers know - then if it turns up they know who to contact. This one hasn't been reported stolen and the only reason its on Sea-breeze is because I saw it handed in.
