A friend lost his vario while paragliding at Portsea on Sunday afternoon. There were some kiteboarders on launch discussing the wind strength and talking about going for a kite as the wind picked up.

damn .... well if he doesnt get it back tell him to look up Bluefly vario very impressive little bit of kit you build yourself for under a hundred bucks from a bloke down in sydney :) personally love it.
unsure what those kiters are gonna do with it....
