Safety broke when a gust hit my kite and the rig went airbourne... unluckly enough it landed well... kite full of wind + really strong rip so within an hour it had dissapeared over the horizon. The wind was northerly so it would most likely head south... could wash in anywhere from Southwest rocks to Port Macquarie... or even Newcastle!
Anyway any information regarding the kite would be extremely appreciated, even if its just a sighting.

Unlucky mate :( and at such a bad time of year.
Just wondering if you think its might have gone out to see you better alert authorites so a massive search doesnt go underway lol.
