This a kite you'd not otherwise have seen. Being a fixed bridle single skin kite, it is very small/light. It was left with lines and handles (not a bar) wrapped inside the kite. Here's some video of it being tested:
I think it was left on Saturday 7 Nov on the grass at Seventh Ave, Sandgate (Brisbane) - just south of the trees where most people setup/packdown.
