I was out Kiting at Narrowneck today and having a great sess, Wed 29/2/12 when my kite was downed and due to the sito I had to realease my Safety (Death) Leash 
I don't know what happened to it, if I had lost it out in the water as I was trying to wrap my lines around my bar or it come off close or on the shore line just South of the Narrowneck Life Guard Tower. It should have remained intack to the chicken loop safety attachment in theoey but in this case it did'nt. I suppose stranger things have happened [}:)]
It is a Gaastra Safety Leash with the wording "Gaastra" written on the red realease floaty thingy end. If anyone happens along it, please PM me so I might be reunited with it. Cheers 
P.S. I have part of it that attaches to the harness. If my Leash isn't recovered then I guess it is another sacrifice to Huey
