I was out late yesterday evening and lost my kiteboard on my way back in .... so bummed about it 
If anyone finds a black board around those parts, please get in touch....! (yes, black so impossible to see in the water, esp in the evening)
It's my only board and I would be so happy to get it back, esp it being the start of summer and the windy season... and clearly I still need lots more practice!

I do believe in the honesty of the kiteboarding community, everyone I meet out there is particularly helpful & kind. So i will keep my fingers crossed!!!!

Bad news - Dolls has taken many boards over the years. I was out there yesterday too. We'll ask around at the racing tommorrow.
Keep in touch with Kitepower 9529 6894, many boards end up there. Also, the Water Police have boards handed in 8566 7566 from time to time.
Generally, we keep an eye on people in the water for extended periods, try not to kite alone and if you loose a board let other kiters know so people can go out searching.
Yeah, I did do all that ... but by the time I body dragged in & the guys went out to look, no one could see it in the water anymore.
Have been in touch with the water police & Kitepower (in fact, Matt was actually there, so he's keeping an eye out)... but no luck so far.
