I think you are right, these 12 hour shifts are killing me, I will suggest that to my boss.
Mind you if I can make it until the end of Jan I have two weeks off and I'm doin the wave nats in Vic then kitestock on consecutive weekends, with a bit of surfing around the Bells area in between, I think that should do the trick.
