Oh yeah- it was a bar from the twist safety era and I had a full width rope slider harness that would just twist with the QR instead of releasing. Like the rope would twist and not provide adequate resistance to the QR if that makes sense. More of an issue when everything slack like you getting tumbled in a wave.
