I was packing up close to dark and noticed a harness sitting by the post and rail barrier of the carpark (close to the Blood Bus Donor Trailer).
Everyone else had gone so I have it safe in my ute.
I may not get back there for a few days (unless it is windy) but if I do I will hand it in to the SHQ (Rosebud) store for collection. I will let SHQ know that I have it first thing tomorrow.

Description of the harness will be required before organising pickup.
