If you left A fly surfer in a tree at clarks beach 3 weeks ago I got it down had to cut a few of the bridal lines to do it though kite itself is ok
Dude if kites are considered sail craft then does that does that mean you have salvage rights from the abandoned craft,
and more importantly if no one claims it are you willing to part with it
.
There couldn't be too many of those going around.
Must be one pissed off dude to leave the kite in a tree.
