Yesterday (28-05-14), I was at the Floreat groin (city beach). Two guys got into their car and drove off leaving their two body boards and set of fins behind. I presumed they were coming back but I was there for another hour and a half but they didn't return. It was dark at this stage so I took the boards.
Give us the description of the boards and fins, also the car!
