worn larks heads...

... and how to fix them. Have done a search but no info on seabreeze...

Two issues here.
1. existing larks heads are worn through protective red/grey sheath and starting on the spectra. Is there an easy way to replace the sheathing? Or does the ends need chopping off and resewing?

2. How do we get larks heads sewn onto lines? I have some 25m lines i want to chop down into 18m + 7m extensions (for wave action fun) and will need to do about 8 larks... does anybody know a way to do this properly or a place that does this?
