haha...I grew up nearby and spent a significant chunk of my youth surfing here. Always hated the kiters when the wind was on when paddle surfing.. it stays pretty clean even when super windy. Decided to come over to the dark side as a result.

Yeah i felt like this was also unintentionally highlighted. Pro windsurfers look awesome as do pro kiters.... average windsurfers on other hand or even good ones... the same level of kiter just looks way better

.....because at the end of the day its all about how you good you look rather than doing what you enjoy.
The camera used was a Panasonic Lumix FZ-2500 shooting video at full HD 1080 p, 50 frames p/s, data rate 50, mp4 format but called LPCM. I did have a few focus issues you may have seen in the windsurfing clips, but otherwise it went smoothly. Produced the movie on Cyberlink Powerdirector 14. Converted it to a format called XAVC S, and then uploaded it to youtube. The camera is a "super zoom" and goes up to 40 X optical, and a bit further digital if needed.
