white pointer in the Blackwood river

a local Auguster kiter reportedly saw a 2mtr white pointer a hundred metres off the play area in the river.... anyone know who it was...?

Think it may have been Bruce from Finding Nemo.

There's been a few sightings over the last months but all ocean side around the cut.
None in the estuary that I've heard.

can't be , my daughter was just at aqwa with her grandmother and just screamed at me on the phone bruce was swimming above her

Hey. They dont have white pointers in the eastern states. i think this should be in the white pointer section.

or is that in the 'windy as' section? Yes i think the kiting section should be renamed the Windy As section...

Don't think so, that far up the blackwood has little to no salt and could not be inhabited by a great white, although the amount of water flowing in from artificial cut could be changing the river eco system, all be it all changes have been for the better IMO.

Bull shark maybe, don't they look similar and those things will hang way up in freshwater
