I believe this company attempted to not return my money (internet fraud) after refusing to honour a transaction. Thank goodness for PayPal!
1. A PayPal dispute, resolved in my favour was my only way of getting my money back.
2. The items I ordered (and paid for) from their website wasn't even in stock! This wasted my time and I was a further two weeks without the necessary kiting equipment.
3. I had to beg for my own money back! This process took two weeks, four emails and three resolution submissions. Owner <name removed by admin> never responded. ... said he'd passed on the email to ... but no money was returned to me, even after the PayPal dispute was active for one week. My emails were always polite and to the point.
I believe this was an attempt at internet fraud as it was only when the dispute was escalated and decided in my favour that my AUD$115 was returned to me. I have lost faith in buying online due to this experience. I do not recommend dealing with this company!
I can understand your'e annoyed but sometimes it's better to blow off steam with a few beers. I'd just delete this one and move on. 2 weeks, pfft. I waited 9 months without kite and no resolution.
Thats crap, but there you go... why not just buy from your local shops? support locals! in return you get great service and support for the sport... we need them around. Plus, in the end most of the prices are really quite comparable. i used to check online prices in comparison to my local shop prices and there really is bugger all difference in most circumstances.

Delete nothing...this post is a great warning to people that buying local is a lot safer than buying on-line.
