Tarifa is on the Costa Del Sol - its like the Brit equivalent of Surfers Paradise or Kuta - full of sunburnt Chavs. Probably one of the few redeeming features of the place is the awesome wind for kite surfing.

There are stacks of flights with RyanAir and SleezyJet (EasyJet) that go there.

You need to fly to Malaga, and get yourself to Tarifa by car.

Hope that helps

i think you can fly direct from gatwick to malaga, you don't need to go via madrid or barcelona

Try flights to Gibralter......bit of Tax Free shopping then it's 1/2 hr drive to Tarifa rather than a couple of hrs from Malaga.

Tarifa isn't on the Costa del Sol.. And there isnt many chavs there either.. more hippy style people..

Cheap flights with Ryanair to Jerez, which is pretty close (maybe 1hr by car), Gibraltar also as said, is probably slightly closer..

Cheapest place to hire a car for the drive is Aurigacrown (in La Linea if you fly to Gibraltar) and drive from either of those..

Fly to Gibralter or Malaga. Gibralter is closer. Hire a car for your stay.
